About Us
Rippowam Corporation is a boutique development and asset management organization specializing in mixed-income residential properties that serve the City of Stamford and surrounding communities.
Over more than 20 years, Rippowam has developed or rehabilitated more than 12 large-scale properties in Stamford through an array of public-private and community partnerships. Our work includes true mixed-income housing and mixed-use developments, all designed to strengthen neighborhoods and expand access to quality housing in Stamford.
We believe that our residents should enjoy housing that feels attractive, well maintained, accessible, and rooted in community. Most of all, we build and operate the highest quality properties, providing clients with a superior residential experience.
Our Story & Community Philosophy
Rippowam was founded on a simple idea: development should serve the city it lives in.
Rather than focusing on achieving maximum density or scale, we prioritize livability. Most of our communities are designed to offer what we describe as “Townhome Living in the City” — residences that balance privacy and neighborhood character with the convenience of urban access.
Our developments are integrated into the surrounding fabric of Stamford, close to parks, restaurants, schools, shopping, a golf course and other essential services.
